Smart Pump Station
System Overview
The Intelligent Pump Station Real-World System leverages information technologies such as the water resources Internet of Things, big data, and cloud computing, and deploys equipment including flow meters, rain gauges, liquid-level sensors, and intelligent control cabinets to acquire water-resource data. This data is then transmitted via 5G/4G, Wi-Fi, and other communication protocols to a smart water-resources management platform, enabling real-time data collection, intelligent control, and remote alarm functions. The system supports condition monitoring of pumps, PLCs, and other equipment, as well as visualized presentation and remote monitoring of water-resource data, thereby providing enhanced support for drainage-system performance analysis, equipment-fault maintenance, flood-warning, and other critical operations.

More secure operations and maintenance: The system comprehensively collects various types of data, status information, imagery, and details on equipment and facilities within the pump station through intelligent sensors, the Internet of Things, and smart control terminals, thereby enabling equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, intelligent early warning, intelligent protection, intelligent accident control, automatic switching, fail-safe isolation, interlock against erroneous operations, tiered access control, and smart maintenance. These capabilities effectively enhance the safety of pump station operation and maintenance management, helping to prevent safety incidents at pump stations.
Smarter Management: The system is designed as an unattended pumping station, integrating water and rainfall monitoring, real-time assessment of pump station equipment health, and compliance with water resource scheduling and management requirements.
