2011

Awarded the title of “Enterprise Technology Center” by Chongqing Municipality.

2010

The company is certified under the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

2009

The company has successfully secured the supply contract for the Se San 4A Hydropower Station in Vietnam, with a contract value of RMB 250 million, setting a new record for the largest single export contract in the company’s history.

2005–2008

For four consecutive years, the company has been recognized as a “Key Software Enterprise under the National Planning Framework” and has also been awarded the title of “Outstanding Software Enterprise of Chongqing Municipality.”

2004

The fifth-generation EDCS-7000 series products for 110 kV systems and single units of 100 MW or less have been launched.

2003

The company’s products have been included in the National Torch Program and the National Doubling Plan. The company has, for the first time, achieved product sales and exports in the international market.

Year 2000

The company is certified under the ISO 9001 quality management system.

1999

The company has developed and launched the fourth-generation EDCS-6000 series power automation system, which has been successfully implemented.

1992

Chongqing New Century Electric Co., Ltd. has been officially established, dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of automation products for water conservancy and power systems.
